Judge sends audiences yawning behind bars

Washington - Even if you do not sit on the dock, it means a long time does not mean that one should consider themselves safe ...
That must now find the 33-year-old Americans Clifton W. firsthand: He is a judge in Joliet (U.S. state of Illinois) was sentenced to six months in jail because he had yawned loudly during a process.
The 33-year-old had been sitting at the trial of his cousin in the spectator area. This had to be responsible for a drug offense. When the verdict had W. then stretched and relaxed his fatigue run free.
That the judge him for such a hefty penalty would roar out, so that the Americans had not counted on, yawning is an involuntary act, finally. A spokesman for the prosecutors saw it differently: "It was not just a yawn - it was a loud and violent attempts to disrupt the proceedings."
The 33-year-old is now expected again on Thursday before the judge. Then he served 21 days and could be released early. If he formally apologized - and is not back yawns.
